He has over 35 years of experience in IT related fields and has been engaging in the development of several IT projects both home and abroad. He has engaged in the development of ID systems both in citizen and financial services space, for example, the Ghana National identification Project, of which he has played a pioneering role in its deployments through the Ghana Identification Company (GIDC) of which he is the chairman. He has helped deploy payment systems in the financial payment space for some banks in the country. He has advised and helped educate organization in adapting ERP systems to their business, say SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. He has deployed Datacenter projects and an example of which is the ARB-APEX bank under the millennium Development Authority (MIDA) through the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Compact 1 by the American Government.

He was the managing Director for HP, West Africa. He was also Director of Global Data Centre services for Hewlett Packard Company in America for 6 years. He has over 20 years’ experience in ICT in America and # years in Ghana. He has an MBA in project management from Keller Graduate School Management, Georgia. An executive MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology and PhD in International Business from Kennedy-Western (Warren) University, USA.

A professional over 25 years in the electrical engineering field. He had worked extensively with Volta aluminum company Limited, Ghana (VALCO) as Senior Electrical Engineer- Maintenance/Engineering Department for 14 years. He has B.Sc.(Hons. ) Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Executive MBA – Project Management and Leadership. He has IT Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise One Production System) based on an Oracle Platform Vantage Point. MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook, AS 400, CRMS, CMMS, ACAD2013-14, Intouch Wonderware, Modsoft, Ladder Logics, RSLogix PLC Diagnostics, Audix PABX and Definite programming. Etc.

External Consultant– with over 26 years of IT experience in Canada and Ghana in managing ICT projects in the following areas, Wide Area Network development, banking software deployment and Systems development. Areas of specialization include Oracle administration, Unix Operating System, Advance SQL Programming using sqlbase database.

Benjamin has 13 years’ experience in GPS/GPRS/GSM Vehicle Tracking & Software Platforms Management Project Coordinator, Cards Solutions-Civil & Criminal AFIS.
